The University Park Civic Association is a self-governing, non-pofit organization of residents of the Town of University Park, Maryland.  The UPCA sponsors more than a dozen events each year through the annual supporting contribution of $25 per family, and some funding from the Town of University Park.  The list of fun events and the volunteer event managers are on the 2013 Events Page.

The UPCA meets the last Tuesday of each month, alternating a regular meeting with a UPCA Social at the home of a town resident.  All socials and meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. For 2013, we have the following tentative schedule:
